5.1 No Binding Contract Through Website
Submitting an inquiry, RSVP, consultation request, or quote request through our website does not create a binding contract between you and PLM Space. All renovation projects are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will govern the specific scope, pricing, timeline, and terms of work.
5.2 Estimates and Quotes
Any estimates, ballpark figures, or preliminary quotes provided through the website, by phone, or during a showroom visit are for informational purposes only and are not binding. Final pricing will be provided in a written, itemized proposal after a formal consultation and project assessment.
5.3 Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours, but we do not guarantee specific response times.

6. Showroom Visits and Events
6.1 RSVP and Walk-Ins
Our Oakville showroom welcomes visitors during posted business hours. RSVPs are recommended to ensure a designer is available for your visit but are not required for general browsing.
6.2 Conduct at the Showroom
Visitors are expected to behave respectfully. PLM Space reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any visitor to leave for any reason, including disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
6.3 Children
Children are welcome at the showroom but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. PLM Space is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage involving unsupervised minors.
6.4 Photography and Filming
PLM Space may photograph or film events held at the showroom. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our staff upon arrival.

7. Marketing Communications
By submitting your contact information through our website or at our showroom, you consent to receive communications from PLM Space related to your inquiry. With your additional consent, we may also send you marketing communications about our services, events, and promotions.
